Conduitt gives service teams one workspace for invoices, payment context, reminders, and team follow-up.

What Conduitt Does for Invoice Follow-Up

Conduitt is built for teams that need more than a PDF invoice. It keeps the invoice, client record, delivery activity, payment state, reminders, and internal follow-up together so the team can see what happened and what needs to happen next.

The problem it solves

Invoice follow-up usually spreads across several tools:

  • the invoice is created in one system
  • payment status lives in Stripe or accounting software
  • customer replies sit in email
  • team notes move through Slack
  • overdue lists become spreadsheets

That makes the work hard to own. When someone asks whether a client received the invoice or whether anyone followed up, the answer depends on who remembers which tool to check.

How Conduitt works

Conduitt treats each invoice as an operational record. The invoice timeline can hold delivery events, reminder history, internal context, payment activity, and ownership signals in one place.

The current product is a workspace-backed web app. It is not an offline-only invoice generator, and it is not a no-account local document tool. Teams create an account, configure their workspace, connect payment or email settings where needed, and use Conduitt as the shared system for receivables work.

What teams use it for

Teams use Conduitt to:

  • create invoices from saved clients, products, templates, and workspace defaults
  • review payment state and Stripe-connected payment events
  • keep delivery records and reminder history attached to invoice threads
  • assign follow-up work instead of relying on memory
  • export records or use documented REST resources when finance needs data elsewhere

What it does not replace

Conduitt is not a full accounting ledger. Keep QuickBooks, Xero, or another accounting system where it already works. Conduitt focuses on the operational layer between sending an invoice and getting paid: the communication, ownership, follow-up, and payment context that often falls between systems.

Privacy and security posture

Conduitt handles invoice, client, payment, and communication data inside an authenticated workspace. The product uses role-based access, MFA support, scoped API keys, audit records, and application-enforced workspace isolation. Check the security docs for the current public guarantees before making procurement or compliance commitments.
